Dear Dr. Defidio,
At the 37th WCE meeting held in Abu Dhabi, you were nominated and approved by the Board of Directors and Delegates of the Endourology Society to become a member of the “Fellowship Committee”.  Your appointment would be from November 2019 to the conclusion of the WCE meeting in 2022.  The Chairman of this committee is Dr. Li-Ming Su.  Each member of this committee will serve a 3 year term.  The Fellowship Committee meets biannually, during the AUA annual meeting and WCE meeting.  They review new applications, program director changes, programs on probation and any issues raised by program directors and/or fellows.  As part of your responsibilities to this committee, we would request your presence at each of the upcoming WCE's during your tenure on this committee.
